Welcome to The Partnership for Higher Education in Africa's web site ("Site"). These Terms of Use set forth the conditions for your use of this Site, including our Privacy Policy. The Partnership for Higher Education in Africa ("we" or "us") may modify these Terms of Use in the future, so please check this page regularly.

Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how we collect and handle personal information received from visitors to the Site. We have developed our Site so that you can visit it without identifying yourself or revealing any personal information. We collect personally identifying data about you, such as your name, address and e-mail address, only when you provide it to us voluntarily when you request additional information or publications. We use your personal data only to respond to such requests. We do not share your personal data with any third parties, except that we may share it with service providers who will use the information only to help us respond to your requests. For requests to receive information or future publications, we store your data in a secure manner and safeguard it from unauthorized access in a secure, restricted-access database. However, no data transmitted over the Internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. Therefore, you provide us with this data at your own risk.

Besides such personal information, we also automatically collect anonymous data from you such as IP addresses, the type of browser you use and Site usage information so that we can track and evaluate how our visitors use and navigate our Site, including the number and frequency of visitors to each part of our Site. We do not link this anonymous data with your personal information.

Our databases are located in the United States. If you are located outside of the U.S., by sending us your data you consent to its transfer to and storage within the United States.

You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts sitting in the State and County of New York and waive any jurisdictional, venue or inconvenient forum objections to such courts.
